Chili Lime Tequila Cocktail recipe


This is a zesty drink with a spicy kick. It mixes tequila, lime, and a hint of chili for a fun twist. You shake it with ice and serve it cold. It's a great drink for parties or a hot day.


1 Serrano chili
30 ml Fresh lime juice
50 ml Water
50 g Sugar
45 ml Tequila
15 ml Orange liqueur
A pinch of Salt
Ice cubes


Wear gloves and finely slice the serrano chili, reserving a round for garnish.
In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat gently, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add half of the sliced serrano chili to the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes to create a chili-infused syrup.
Remove from heat and let the syrup cool. Strain out the chili pieces.
In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, fresh lime juice, 25 ml of the chili-infused syrup, orange liqueur, and a pinch of salt.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a serrano chili round and a slice of lime. Serve immediately.
