Ingredients
Whole wheat flour 1 Cup
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Carom seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Water As needed
For filling -
black chickpeas (boiled ) 1 cup
Onion ( finally chopped) 1
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Mango powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chili ( finely chopped) 1
Salt to taste
Oil (for brushing)
Method

In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients of the dough and knead to a stiff dough. Keep aside.

For filling- heat a pan add asafetida, cumin seeds, onion and ginger saute for a minute. Add boiled chickpeas and spices, cook till all the moisture dried. Keep aside to cool.

Divide the dough in small portions and roll in 5-6 inch circles, cut the circles in half.

Take one of the semi circle, fold into a cone, stuff with the prepared filling, seal the edges using little water.

Repeat for all semi circles. Pre heat air fryer to 200F. Place the prepared samosas and allow to cook for 7 minutes, brush with oil and flip the samosa to cook from another side for 6 mins.
