This is a yummy noodle dish with chicken and veggies. You cook noodles, then mix them with chicken and sauce. It's a fun meal for dinner that tastes really good!

Ingredients

1 medium onion, sliced
1 large carrot, julienned
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
150 g snow peas, trimmed
200 g dried egg noodles
200 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

Slice the chicken breast thinly and season with black pepper.

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry for 3 minutes until browned.

Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, julienned carrot, and trimmed snow peas to the wok. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and water to create the sauce.

Add the cooked noodles and the sauce to the wok. Toss everything together and stir-fry for 2 more minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated with the sauce.

Sprinkle the chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the noodles, give a final stir, and serve hot.
