This is a yummy flatbread with garlic, cheese, and herbs. It's like pizza but flatter. You mix flour, water, and yeast to make dough. Then you add cheese and garlic on top and bake it until it's crispy and golden. It's good for sharing with friends or family!

Ingredients

500 g Strong White Bread Flour
300 ml Lukewarm Water
7 g Dried Instant Yeast
4 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
150 g Ricotta Cheese
80 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
150 g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil
1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Oregano

Method

1
In a large bowl, combine 500 g of strong white bread flour, 300 ml of lukewarm water, and 7 g of dried instant yeast. Stir until a rough dough forms.
2
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes to allow the dough to rise slightly.
3
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
4
Crush 4 cloves of garlic and mix them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
5
On a floured surface, divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball, then flatten into a disk about 25 cm in diameter.
6
Transfer the disks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7
Spread ricotta cheese evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
8
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the ricotta.
9
Drizzle the garlic and olive oil mixture over the cheese.
10
Scatter chopped basil and oregano on top of the flatbreads.
11
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
12
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
