These are yummy cauliflower pieces with a spicy buffalo sauce. They're cooked in an air fryer so they get really crispy. You can dip them in your favorite sauce!

Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Method

1
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease the fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil.
2
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and smoked paprika.
3
Toss the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture until they are all evenly coated.
4
Place the coated cauliflower florets into the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
5
Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the florets are golden brown and crispy.
6
While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the buffalo wing sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a bowl.
7
Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the florets. Toss to coat evenly.
8
Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
