This is a yummy dish with chicken, broccoli, and cheese. We cook chicken and broccoli, mix them with a creamy sauce, and bake with cheese on top. It's warm, cheesy, and makes you feel good!

Ingredients

3 crowns broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
450 g chicken breasts, boneless skinless
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
200 g sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Method

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place broccoli florets in a large pot and fill with water just enough to cover them. Add a pinch of salt.

Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is fork-tender, about 5-6 minutes. Drain well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Let it cool slightly, then dice into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the cooked broccoli and diced chicken into the yogurt mixture until well coated.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese evenly on top.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese for a crispy topping.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
