This is a yummy salad with beef, little red tomatoes, crispy pancetta, and cheese dressing. It's a big salad with leaves, beef, and tasty toppings. You cook the beef, mix the salad, and put it all together. It's good for dinner and not too hard to make!

Ingredients

1/3 cup feta cheese vinaigrette
1/4 cup chopped basil leaves
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup green olives, pitted and sliced
6 slices pancetta
4 cups mixed salad greens
600 grams sirloin steak
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method

1
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
2
Add the pancetta slices to the hot skillet and cook until crispy, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
3
Season the sirloin steak with sea salt and ground black pepper on both sides.
4
In the same skillet, add olive oil and place the steak in the skillet. Cook to your preferred doneness, approximately 3-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
5
Rinse and dry the mixed salad greens and place them in a large bowl.
6
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the greens.
7
Chop the basil leaves and add them to the salad.
8
Slice the green olives and add them to the salad.
9
Break the crispy pancetta into small pieces and add to the salad.
10
Drizzle the feta cheese vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
11
Divide the salad among plates and top with slices of sirloin steak.
12
Serve immediately and enjoy your beef salad with a tangy twist!
