Beef Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Feta & Honey Mustard Dressing recipe


This beef salad is a yummy dish with juicy cherry tomatoes, creamy feta cheese, and a sweet honey mustard dressing. It's a fresh meal with tasty steak on top. You can make it for lunch or dinner. It's easy to make and very delicious!


1 lb ribeye steak
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
6 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp balsamic glaze


Take the steak out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the steak. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it's cooked how you like it.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes. Then, slice it thinly against the grain.
In a big bowl, put the mixed salad greens, cherry tomato halves, and red onion slices.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
Pour the honey mustard dressing on the salad and toss everything together so the dressing coats the salad.
Put the salad on plates and add the steak slices on top.
Drizzle a little balsamic glaze over each salad for extra yumminess.
Serve right away and enjoy your tasty beef salad!
