This is a yummy meal with meatballs made from beef and mushrooms. They are cooked in a tasty tomato sauce. You eat them with rice that has herbs in it. It's not too hard to make!

400 g Ground Beef
300 g Button Mushrooms
1 Large Yellow Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Bunch of Mint
400 g Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Cumin
300 g Basmati Rice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste

Finely chop the button mushrooms and yellow onion. Mince the garlic cloves.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped mushrooms, half of the minced garlic, a handful of chopped cilantro stems, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and let them rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are browned on all sides.
Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs, add smoked paprika and cumin, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the basmati rice according to the package instructions.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in a handful of chopped mint and cilantro leaves, and fluff with a fork.
Serve the meatballs and tomato sauce over the herbed rice. Enjoy your meal!
