This is a yummy dip with beef, beans, and cheese. You cook it in a pot and eat it with chips. It's like a taco but in a bowl. It's warm and has lots of flavors that make you think of a party.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup salsa
1 cup nacho cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans

Method

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Once cooked, drain the excess fat.

In a large pot, combine the cooked ground beef, salsa, nacho cheese, sour cream, and refried beans.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is heated through and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

Serve the taco dip warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
