These banana Pancakes are easy to make and you need only 4 ingredients. pancakes are my fav Sunday breakfast. So delicious and easy.

Ingredients

1 ripe banana (mashed)

200 ml almond milk

120 g flour

1 tsp baking powder

Method

Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a non-stick pan and fry the pancakes on medium head until golden.

Top with berry compote, tahini drizzle and coconut rasp.
