Banana Chocolate Ice Cream recipe


This is a creamy ice cream made with bananas and a touch of chocolate. You don't need an ice cream maker, just bananas, cocoa, and a little honey. It's frozen and then blended to make a sweet treat.


3 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
1/2 ripe avocado
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


In a food processor, combine the frozen banana slices, avocado, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of almond milk or water to help it blend.
Once blended, stir in the chopped walnuts if using, for added texture and flavor.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
Serve the banana chocolate ice cream in bowls or cones, and enjoy a healthy, homemade dessert!
