Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings have the crispiest crust made with a spicy, tangy, buttery, and addicting sauce! Perfect party food!

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower (cut into florets - about 4 to 5 cups)
1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Method

Place cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.

In another bowl, combine melted butter with, olive oil, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour the hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower and mix until well coated.

In a separate bowl whisk together almond flour, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower and gently mix until everything is well coated.

Arrange the florets in the air fryer basket, about 1/2 an inch apart.

Air fry at 350˚F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during the cooking process.

Cauliflower is done when the florets are a bit browned, and not mushy.

Remove cauliflower from the Air Fryer and repeat the process with the remaining cauliflower florets.

Serve with celery sticks and favorite dipping sauce.
