I know a lot of people crazy about pancakes. It's hard not to be, isn't it? These have few ingredients, 3 actually, and can have the toppings we want. They are healthy, rich in protein, and very tasty!

Ingredients

4 uni Banana
160 gr Instant Oats
80 gr Dark Chocolate
80 mL Almond Milk
120 gr Vanilla Flavour Whey Protein
4 dstspn Olive Oil
to taste Nuts

Method

Add bananas, instant oats and vegetable protein / whey (optional) in a blender. Mix until smooth.

In a non-stick frying pan put a drizzle of olive oil so the pancakes don't stick. You can also use coconut oil, if you prefer.

Then with a measuring spoon, place a portion of the dough in the skillet and turn on both sides until the pancakes are golden brown.

In a saucepan melt the chocolate with the olive oil and the almond drink. Reserve.

Just pour the chocolate topping, to taste, over the pancakes. Optionally, you can add some chopped nuts.
